I'm Eugenio. I help organisations and teams understand themselves and each other using the Enneagram, a framework for what genuinely motivates people beneath their behaviour.
What sets my work apart is not just the model. It's the years I spent in industry and running my own company before this. I have sat in the meetings, carried the pressure, and watched good people end up at cross purposes for reasons none of them could name. That experience is what I bring to the room.
