Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This policy explains how Eugenio's Enneagram ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit eugenio.co.uk or get in touch about Enneagram facilitation for teams.
Who we are
Eugenio's Enneagram is the data controller for the information described here. We are based in Taunton, Somerset, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy matters at me@eugenio.co.uk.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We may hold:
- Enquiry details. If you email us or send a message, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This helps us improve the site.
- Technical logs. Our hosting and security provider records standard server information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not run personality assessments here.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiries and discuss working together (our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps taken at your request before any agreement).
- To understand and improve how the site performs (consent, for analytics cookies).
- To keep the site secure and available (our legitimate interest in protecting the service).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Our hosting and content delivery providers, who serve the website and store media.
- Our email provider, which handles messages you send us.
- Our analytics provider, only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained in line with our analytics provider's standard settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email me@eugenio.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we handle your data, though we would welcome the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
