Accredited Enneagram Practitioner · Couples

Same argument, different clothes? It's usually wiring, not willpower.

Enneagram sessions for couples to help you understand what's actually driving each other, so the recurring friction stops feeling personal and starts feeling explainable.

The idea

You're not incompatible. You're differently wired.

Most couples don't fight about the thing on the surface, they fight about what that thing means to each of them, which is usually shaped by very different core motivations. The Enneagram gives you both a shared way of naming that difference, so "you always do this" can become "I see what's driving that for you," without either of you having to be the one who's wrong.

The assessment

Both partners take the assessment, then we talk it through together

Each of you completes an adaptive, conversational Enneagram assessment individually, it responds to what you say rather than working through tick-boxes, and gets a full report covering type, wings, instinctual subtype, and level of development. In the session, we bring both reports together and work through what they mean for how you communicate.

Two assessments & reports only (£19 each) £38Book
Two assessments, reports & 50-minute joint session £89Book
Further 50-minute session (already clients?) £69Book

If either of you is currently working with a therapist or counsellor, we'll ask before you book an assessment, see below.

How I work

Enneagram work, not couples counselling

I'm an accredited Enneagram practitioner, and I'm also training as a counsellor (Level 2 complete, Level 3 from September 2026). I work within the BACP ethical framework. That means being clear about what this is: Enneagram-based work to help you understand each other's motivations and patterns.

This isn't couples counselling or relationship therapy, and it isn't the right fit if you're currently in real relationship distress or crisis, for that, a qualified couples counsellor or relationship therapist is the appropriate support, and I'll say so if that seems to be what's needed.

If either of you is currently seeing a mental health practitioner, I'll ask before you book an assessment, and in most cases suggest the assessment-plus-session option so there's someone to talk it through with together.

Both partners' results are shared with each other as part of the joint session, this is agreed by both of you when booking.

Curious whether this would help?

Let's talk first if you'd rather not commit straight away, no pitch, just a conversation about what you're both hoping to get out of it.
