Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made with Eugenio Leijten, trading as Eugenio's Enneagram ("I", "me"), ICO registration ZC148551, based in Taunton, Somerset, United Kingdom, and to your use of eugenio.co.uk generally. By booking a session or assessment, or by using the site, you accept these terms.

Scope of practice

I am an accredited Enneagram practitioner. I am also training as a counsellor (currently completed Level 2, continuing to Level 3 from September 2026) and work within the BACP ethical framework. Enneagram sessions, whether for individuals, couples, or teams, are coaching-style, Enneagram-based work. They are not counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for these. If, in the course of our work together, it becomes apparent that you would benefit from counselling, therapy, or other professional support, I will say so and, where appropriate, suggest you seek it.

The assessment

Enneagram assessments booked through this site are delivered via enneagramtest.co.uk, an assessment platform I also operate. Your assessment report is generated and delivered under that platform's own terms, which you will be asked to accept separately as part of taking the assessment.

The screening question

Before booking an assessment, you will be asked whether you are currently working with a mental health practitioner. If you answer yes, assessment-only booking is not offered; you will be offered the assessment-plus-session package instead, so that a practitioner (myself) is available to discuss the results with you. This is a safeguarding measure applied consistently, not a judgement about your individual circumstances.

Bookings and payment

• Prices are as shown on the website at the time of booking, in GBP, inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Payment is taken in full, via Stripe, before a session slot is arranged.
• Once payment is received, the session date and time is arranged by mutual agreement between us.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice before the agreed date and time, for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
• Assessment purchases (assessment-only) are non-refundable once the assessment link has been sent, as the report is generated individually for you.

Couples sessions

Couples sessions require both partners to take the assessment and attend the session together. By booking, you confirm that both partners consent to their individual assessment results being shared with each other as part of the joint session.

Confidentiality

Information shared in sessions is kept confidential, in line with the BACP ethical framework, except where I have a legal or ethical obligation to disclose it, for example, safeguarding concerns about serious harm to yourself or others.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design and images, is owned by Eugenio's Enneagram unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. The Enneagram as a body of knowledge is drawn from the wider field and is not claimed as our own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". While we take care to keep information accurate and the site available, we make no guarantees to that effect. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
