For organisations and teams
When a team understands what drives its members, the everyday friction starts to make sense. The colleague who seems blunt, the one who needs every detail, the one who goes quiet under pressure, none of it is personal once you see the pattern underneath.
What it changes
Most team trouble comes from people reading each other through their own lens and getting it wrong. The Enneagram gives your team a shared language for difference, so they stop taking each other's wiring personally and start working with it.
The half-day session
Around three hours, designed to give a team real, usable insight without overwhelming them. It moves from understanding to application, and everyone leaves with something concrete.
We agree this is about understanding, never labelling. That makes real recognition possible.
Motivation matters more than behaviour. Once a team feels this, curiosity replaces judgement.
A guided tour told as recognisable human stories, enough for each person to find themselves.
Deliberate. Recognition often lands over coffee, not during the talk.
The heart of it: communication, conflict, motivation and feedback worked through real relationships.
Each person and the team leaves with one concrete thing to do differently.
How it works
We talk first about what you are hoping to shift. I tailor the session to your people and your context, and you get a clear sense of what to expect before we begin.
An optional Enneagram assessment beforehand means the room starts informed, so we spend our time together on insight and application rather than basics.
Why work with me
I'm an accredited Enneagram practitioner, and before this work I spent years in industry and ran my own company. I understand teams from the inside: the pressures, the politics, the way good people end up at cross purposes. That is the lens I bring to the room.
More about how I workNo pitch, just a conversation about what your people need and whether this would help.
