About

Teams from the inside, not just from a model

I'm Eugenio, an accredited Enneagram practitioner. Before this work I spent years in industry and ran my own company, so I understand teams from the inside: the pressures, the politics, the way good people end up at cross purposes.

That's the lens I bring to the room. Practical, grounded, and focused on what actually helps a team work better together, rather than theory for its own sake.
